By using Shajara you agree to the following.
1) Your account is yours alone. You are responsible for what is added from it, and access is tied to your phone number.
2) What you add about others is a trust. Do not add someone’s details unless you know they would not object, and do not add a photo you have no right to share among the tree’s family.
3) The tree is not an official record. The app does not authenticate, verify, or rank lineage; what is in it is what the family entered themselves.
4) Premium is per tree, is managed by the app store you bought it from, and refund requests go there.
5) We may suspend an account used to harm others or to impersonate them.
6) These terms may change; the date above says when they last did.
